What stops a State from placing troops anywhere within the jurisdiction of their respective state?

When I want to clean my gun, I don't talk about it, I do it.

I agree. Waiting too long for the Feds to take care of business. Being Native American and living on a Reservation I know all too well how the Feds drag their feet in enforcing any of the laws and treaties they are supposed to by abiding by. I understand they're under the direction of our so called 'higher up", but when not just him, but others also before him are illegal lovers, the American people have not a chance in hell for Federal protection.
