I, Agree 100% with Mr. Duvall. This "craziness, and idiocy", of trying to not only build these "Super Sized Wal-Marts, and these gargantuan housing developments and "Box Store-Chain Store Malls" across the face of our Great Country- MUST END!

Perhaps, we should be returning to the good and prosperous days, of locating (and relocating) ALL Stores to the City Centers.

The purpose was grand in design for many, many decades of years, until we got caught up in this disgusating practice of creation of Suburbia, with it's mindless sprawling across our fertile farms fields, and extreme waste of ALL ENERGY and Water, for Nothing More Than a Darn Buck.....is it not ironic that we "needed" to build, build and build-right after World War II? WHY?

DEVEOLPERS and GREED MARKETERS.....GIVE IT A BREAK!!! TEAR DOWN THOSE MALLS and UGLY, Wasteful (Not at All Green!) Hosuing Subdivisions...Move Back to the Cities, and Make them Better in Cleanliness, Social Life and Safety.

WE SHOULD HAVE- BUT WE STILL CAN- Bring Order and Sensibility Back, and Stop this Insane Quest to Keep Building More and More and More....No More Wal-Marts....PERIOD!!

Let's hope all hope that the rest of Hollywood join forces with Duvall. May all those who are reading this keep the faith and demand that the U.S. Secretary of the Interior speak out against Wal-Mart for planning to build a shopping center near Virginia's Civil War Battlefield!!!
