There was no sign of a response from House Speaker John Boehner of Ohio or Majority Leader Eric Cantor of Virginia, who are in charge of scheduling the House.

That's because both are brain-dead.

Many Republicans in Congress say that the Sandy aid bill contains billions of dollars in spending on projects unrelated to damage caused by the storm or for long-term infrastructure improvements that should compete with other discretionary spending.

Among expenditures criticized was $150 million to rebuild fisheries, including those in the Gulf Coast and Alaska, thousands of miles from Sandy's devastation, and $2 million to repair roof damage that pre-dates the storm on Smithsonian Institution buildings in Washington.

Fair enough, remove this crap and vote.

You just should have told the victims 2 months ago "you're on your own" but then they wouldn't have been re-elected.

Good riddance to the one that didn't.

If Obama was giving arms to our enemies in Benghazi as speculated and that turns out to be the crux of his failed cover-up, criminal charges and jail time will be the order of the day.

Just goes to show you, Obama cared less about his red tape than his photo op stated. When has Obama mentioned Sandy since his photo op? You loons will learn eventually, you are just a tool to Obama and his handlers.

If the democrat senate wasn't the greedy pork piggers that they are, all the money would have gone to Sandy victims instead of some salmon bullshit in Alaska. Democratic senators are pigs and the house did the right thing. All of Sandy relief money should go to victims of Sandy, not part of it.

You mean like when Reagan admitted he gave arms to Iran revolutionaries in trade for hostages?

..like when Ollie North admitted repubs were doing this when he was charged with the crime?

Classic repug-diversion.

How about you address prominent repubs slamming Boehner for being soo damn bad as Speak of the House.

These idiots don't mind bringing up a Bill to rename a Post Office but when it comes to actually doing something...they can't get Out-of-Office quick enough.

I'm sure red states Reps from La. and Alaska had nothing to do with your unwanted "pork".

Oh wait, you probably blame Obama for the red-state requested "pork".

Your Repug Reps and Boehner's lack of ability to control his caucus has made the Congress the worst ever...in history.

Call your rep and ask them to demand red state reps to grow up and get our Congress working again.

Here's an idea. Let's have all the people who voted for the Kenyan DONATE one paycheck to help out their fellow lib-tards who live in those democrat shit holes. That would be "paying their fair share" as your favorite dictator likes to say every time he sees a TV camera. Keep your hands off of my money.

No, they shouldn't remove it.

Whoever put that crap in there should have been called out in public by the speaker and broadcast on every news outlet.

If teabaggers really cared about the pork in the bill, that's what they should have done.

That's a good idea, when the tornadoes come to Ohio this spring, let all the people who voted for that POS teabagger John Boner donate one welfare check to their relief.

It's only fair, teabaggers are the one's responsible for putting Americans on welfare in the first place,

Poor teabagger.

They would have been calling out other Repubs, therefore, not voting on it was the safest political decision.

I couldn't give two cents whether pork is for red, blue, purple, green or orange states... pork is pork and is disgusts me that these fools in DC would slip pork into such an important bill then turn around and vote yes for it!! This bill should be for monies going to Sandy victims ONLY!!

Call your congressperson to FIGHT MAJOR PORK:
The Senate bill for relief was LOADED with PORK by one of the biggest A-HOLES in the Senate - Chuckie Schummer. Why no criticism of That A-HOLE Reid for sending a pork filled bill and then running home on public cost? It is congress' job to not waste BILLIONS on DemocRATS criminal insider projects.
How about..
$58.8 million for forest restoration on private land.
$197 million “to… protect coastal ecosystems and habitat impacted by Hurricane Sandy.”
$10.78 billion for public transportation, most of which is allocated to future construction and improvements, not disaster relief.
$17 billion for wasteful Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), a program that has become notorious for its use as a backdoor earmark program.
How about some fisical responsibility?
Not from the stinking pile of Democrap in the Senate.

That's fine with me, Mr. Boner is a RINO and those who support him are either lo-information voter's or liberal leaning hacks. Let them pay. Now be a good leftist and go back to watching Current TV.
