Once upon a time, we needed the EPA. We've now got acts like the Clean Air Act & the Clean Water Act to keep those awful billionaires in line. EPA is a useful as unions or teats on a boar hog.

It's unbelievable that anyone in their right mind would vote for a democRAT.
The Pelosi/Reid cabal has wrought utter ruin on us and our children, and as a finale, Obama's driven a stake through America's heart.
Yup, because they refuse to stand up to the GOP. They cave in each and every case. Pelosi wouldn't even allow investigations into the most obvious crimes of the bush administration. Obama gave the GOP everything they wanted for health care, alienating the nation. Obama refuses to act to improve the economy instead obeying every command from the GOP.

The stake Obama drove through America's heart is his strict obedience to the GOP cause.

Fraud Hoyer should have done his damn job and passed a 2011 budget prior to Oct. 1, 2010. It takes a lot of balls for this asshole to stand up there and blame Republicans for not doing a job that was his repsonibility. At that time, democrats had clear majorities in the House, Senate, and, of course, that idiot in the White House.

Hoyer is a fat, stupid quack and con-artist. He and his ilk use the "big lie" to continue their idiotic spending binge. We'll go bankrupt because of frauds like him. The US dollar soon won't be worth the paper it's printed on.

This idiot is the guy who refused to pass a budget last year. I swear anyone can be in politics. If you're a lib you can basically lie and say anything you want to and the media is nowhere to be found.

Seriously, it doesn't matter what you say or how ridiculous it is, and these people are getting paid some serious money. What a scam.

I really think the people who vote for Democrats are either too stupid to understand what's going on, or are totally disengaged about what's going on, or pretty much just don't care what's going on. It's amazing that there are that many morons out there but it's true.

That's why so few people can succeed in business, because most people are pretty much clueless, and want to be led around by the nose.

The 2012 budget is now on the docket, with waste and fraud on the chopping block

FYI, did you know that PP & its affiliates gave over $1 million in taxpayer funds to Dems? The use of taxpayer funds, by an NGO, to support a single Party, is unacceptable!

Actually that's a lie, just like John Kyl's insistence that PP "provides abortions as 90% of their business practice."

LOL!!!

There is NO federal funding for abortions since 1977's Hyde Amendment which forbids it. PP only provides counseling on the subject and doctor recommentdations, and does not fund abortions.

But tell that to any droolilng America-hating Rethuglican and you'll get a different answer.

Got anything else you'd like to lie about?

Have you ever seen the Cup Shuffle?
Three cups, one pea
Put the pea under one of the cups
Shuffle the cups
And guess which cup the pea is under.

Many NGO's and Non-profits use the same tactics
Once they get limited government funds, they no longer need to use OTHER donations/earnings to support a given function. They shift the government funds into THAT function, and funds that would have been allocated to that are shifted to other purposes.

It's like the "humanitarian" funds sent to Hamas ($900 million). That was $900 million that Hamas DIDN'T have to spend on humanitarian purposes and they shifted to funds into weaponry.

In Planned Parenthood's case, the millions that are recieved may not go to abortions, but the money for payrolls, facilities, and other services is shifted to abortions, and the government funds pay for the payrolls, facilities, and other services. It's an economic game.

And as for those "other services" like mammograms, pap smears, etc? In a recent test, a woman called thirty PP centers, in 27 States, requesting a mammogram. In every instance, she was told to go somewhere else. Apparently, the "women's health" issue is a cover for abortion services.

Then how about providing some "facts" instead of the garbled nonsense coming from the fascist right?

The Hyde Amendment forbids federal funding for abortions, and Planned Parenthood owns no abortion cilincs, and has no relationship with abortion doctors. They can only provide a list of abortion providers in a given area and counseling for the woman at issue.

No, this was a political football jockeyed around by Orangina Boner and his merry band of thugs on Capitol Hill.

They did the same thing with repeal of the Tush Tax Cuts- had to hold unemployment benefits extensions hostage to get to keep the cuts for the wealthy intact.

More gamesmanship and lying by the fascist Reich, nothing more.
