Doesn't make sense. If Doctors refuse Medicare patients, they have just cut their throats for more elderly with Medicare exist compared to the young. They would have to leave the country and find the situation worse in other countries.
The people are not at fault. The government created this problem. They have gotten so fat from milking the citizens they are going to have severe withdrawals.
