I am disgusted with Boehner's performance in his new job. It looks to me like he squashes every bill or suggestion against the rich getting richer. I have to wonder what he has money in that China makes to cut our job throats. He shoots down anything that asks the rich to pay more. He is against anything that would cut congress benefits/pay, especially in this budget crisis. I can't remember all the things he is against that effect the wealthy like himself. We need to find a way for the public to get petitions going nationwide (that congress and obama can't ignore) demanding that congress take pay cuts and no more double dipping pensions. We need to demand that congress take action against these countries that have cost us jobs by undercutting prices. We must demand that congress expel illegal immigrants and put troops on the borders to stop their entering and stop the drugs. We need to demand congress stop large foreign aide handouts when our schools are in such need of overhaul. Congress and obama must stop sending our troops to die in other countries unless it is for our proven benefit. It looks like it will take the whole country doing petitions for the same things to make obama and congress do what they know we want. I am tired of them ignoring our wishes and doing as they please. We must demand a limit on how much can be spent on campaigns for various offices. That is the only way we can cut the rich from paying for nomination. It would open the door to a better crop of candidates where at present we vote for which rich man will do the least harm in office. We are not given good people to vote for in too many positions. The presidency is a very good example of piss poor candidates to choose from.

Good post. IMO Obama does care, it's the wing-nut jobs that are standing in the way, holding America hostage so we can go back to a time that only exists in their fetid imaginations like trying to turn America into the Leave it to beaver 1950's.
Obama is being the better person by not being like the republican right wing-nuts. Don't forget the democratic right wing-nuts as well.

Where's he been all this time anyway? Why let that many people lose jobs and fall into depression, alcoholism, or abuse family members? Aren't you merely holding out a carrot to get people to believe like you?
