A politician that wants elected will say anything given circumstance. Plainly, he could really care less since it will likely end in default and the country will be another $2B into debt. The $5M solar panel bombshell is a wakeup call. The government spends tax dollars, it does not create legimate jobs that produce tax dollars.
The investors won't touch this w/o the backing of a red inked government. Think about it!
