This guy just keeps getting appointed again and again.

Elizabeth Warren was by far the best choice for this role, but the financial companies are terrified of her.

Instead, we put in a career politician, which is easier to purchase.

Even Cordray can't fix stupid.
Consumers ARE the problem next to government MAKING banks loan to people who could not pay.....

This comment is unreal and lacks common sense, similar to the deception used to elect George Bush and republicans that cut funding for SEC enforcement. Any one with common sense understands that the Bernie Madoff and Enron collapses were the result of greed. Mortgage brokers made commissions on refinancing and loan approval schemes that had hidden balloon payments that borrowers could not afford.
