"Brittney Babo married an immigrant from Cameroon who entered the U.S. on a visitorís visa to play basketball. Her husband, Serge, was deported, leaving her to work night shifts and 12-hour days to support their two sons. He also was taken from his job working with children who donít have strong parent figures in their lives."

If it's real love why don't she join her husband where he's at? I say deport him.

Jackson should be locked up for her vist to Iran where she gave an anti-america speech on T.V. Jackson and the rest of the left wing liberal loons(inc.Obama)are trying their hardest to ruin this country.Every illegal should be deported as soon as they are picked up no matter how many children they have. The America people are sick and tired of putting up with their protests and paying for them. The sooner the democrats learn that they work for us and we don't work for them, the better off they will be.It will soon be a wake up call for the dems and the bleeding heart liberals when the people comes down on them like a ton of bricks.

It's time to give a new definition to" NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND" If they all left with the father then they would have strong parent figures in their lives. The real shame was he was living here ILLEGALLY...what kind of example does that set for his kids?

It's not about "no child left behind." It's about the way that this family has tried to fix things. They have been working for 5 years to file the necessary paperwork to get Serge legal. Is it their fault that they have filed appeal after appeal...been through 5 attorneys, and spent close to $30,000 in legal fees in their attempt to get Serge legalized? Serge's situation is not like most other situations. He was trying to change his status to that of a legal resident. It's not like he was sitting back in his recliner watching tv all day, collecting food stamps and living in government funded housing. He had a LEGAL job, he had a social security number that was issued by our government, the same government that chose to have him deported. He paid taxes so that American's that are too lazy to get off their duffs could sit back and milk the government.

Seems like Sheila Jackson Lee's constituents need to explain to her that representation is for *citizens*. Maybe the ballot box is the best place to help her with that.

Remember in 2012.

Serge needs to go back to the country of his birth, continue with the work of getting his citizenship. It's hard that there's a separation coming or the wife could go with him and work through the embassy. There are laws and they need to be followed. Making exceptions is a slippery slope.

He is a citizen of cameroon....let him bring his family home to where he LEGALLY LIVES!!!!!!!!!!Stop with this bullshit that they pay taxes....if they pay sales tax at the grocery store they are not taxpayers but consumers.

No, FLAPATRIOT! Don't be such a dumbass. He paid STATE and FEDERAL taxes...NOT SALES TAX! That's the dumbest accusation I've ever heard.
