I'm in awe that these politicians don't see why people are disturbed by what they are calling health reform. Mrs. McCaskill needs to recognize who put her in the position that she is obviously not qualified for. Wake up!

Right behind Lebanon, PA. I can't imagine why anyone in Hillsboro would think that after that display of hubris and ignorance (I know you will have to look up those words) anyone outside of your town would regard you as anything but... sorry to say... downright stupid.
You are utterly soaked in the lies that are fed to you daily by people who steal from you and then deny you coverage. Just wait, the crisis will affect your family before long.

I think that there is something to be said that if these types of meetings are having similar results of the people not in support of the reform - then that should be a huge clue. I have heard of some countries in Europe that every citizens has health care - there are no costs - no premiums. It is considered the right of every citizen - not the right of the insurance companies, and the right of those who can afford their costs - with no guarantee that they will pay out when it is needed.
Granted I am not sure of the details of their systems work but it should be an obligation, and a lesson to be learned, of our government to find out how it works and to find a way to acheive it. Our country is on of the best - we should not have to be at the mercy of the cost of health care.

I support the Senator and the presidents healthcare reform. I find it shameful that these town hall meetings have been disrupted by Republican sympathizers who can not see the true impact healthcare reform will have for the 49 million plus persons who are living without it currently. I am willing to volunteer to work with the Senator in her efforts to ensure health and well-being for all.
