The Government can not run it's own business without going into the red. Taking on Health Care spells disaster for us. We the People do not want the Government running Any Private Business. As a nurse I can only say that I do not want to work for the Government, also I as well as many hardworking Americans Pay our Taxes and the money collected by our Government is already not enough to cover all the programs that the Government offers to Non-tax payers. Adding Health Care to our growing Government Programs adds to the Burden of hard working tax paying Folks. I would challenge the news media to poll those who are for this plan. I predict that you will find most who want this don't pay there fair share of taxes to support our Government. This is nothing more than another Hand-out for the lazy folks to scoop up.

Change, to those who support it, means handouts. there is nothing free in this world, if it seems free it is either worthless or some eles paid for it. Why is this such a hard concept for some??

This article notes that people opposed to the "public option" far outnumbered those who support it. If that's the case, why is the featured photograph of the story from the side that favors the public option? Was that choice "accidental"? In watching the debate it seems to me that the media continually broadcast stories which under-state opposition to health care reform. Many of us who strongly oppose the Democratic brand of health reform would favor a different more precisely targeted approach (e.g. one that expands on HIPAA-reforms)...yet our sincere opposition is criticized as un-American or otherwise simply de-emphasized. I'm not ordinarily a conspiracy buff, but what gives???

I'm really getting sick of the perpetually subtle (but sometimes overt) media support of whatever the Obama administration favors.....
