This is deplorable.
Our wounded veterans should have health care that exceeds what our elected officials receive. After all, they are the ones serving our country, unlike politicians who are only serving their own self interests.

I concur with your statement Bama. Lucky's story needs to be spotlighted so that future veterans aren't forced to endure the horrors that this amazing woman and her family endured. This lady was, and will continue to be a TRUE AMERICAN HERO. How many of your Congressmen and Representatives can you say that about? God bless the Sands family, and god bless all of the veterans who payed the ultimate sacrifice.
