Good grief! Why didn't he exercise his role as "father" and pull the economy out of the ditch with reduced taxes and smaller government? Instead, he buried the economy with debt and joblessness for years to come...and is still tamping down the grass, as if none of us can see his failures.

xrep pay attention. Your taxes have been reduced unless you make $100,000 and are single or $250.000 and are married. Reduced taxes on the wealthy doesn't generate wealth for the country just those who have their taxes lowered. Smaller government? How about cutting some of the fat in the pentagon. There's more money in the wasteful spending at the pentagon then on all the so called entitlement programs. Economist on both sides of the isle have said on the record that the stimulus spending was a success and more is necessary for the economy to recover.

I see he's keeping up the illusion of the phoney left/ right paradigm ! Like he's not hand picked by the Bush family to carry on the same agenda...Patriot act and so on. When you get tired of the Left, they will hand you their Right frontman and vice versa. The same thing happened when Clinton replaced Bush Sr. Now notice how chummy Bush Sr & Clinton are after leaving office. They sell it as a change in power, meanwhile the same military industrial complex remains your real President.

I understand that they had to reduce the price of the tickets to a fund raiser while he was here to get enough people to come. No one really cares what he has to say. It's nice to see him come to Missouri, greet McCaskill and stump for Carnahan. This is a sure sign that they will both lose their next elections.

He did better than the ridiculous anti-Obama rally in Lee's Summit. Two hundred people.

Check your facts out, Ziggy. It was 750 people and that is quite a turn-out for Lee's Summit Politics! I go to the candidates forums when there is upcoming elections (part of my job) and there is barely 50 people there.

Apparently you don't watch the news, aren't a policy wonk, read any polls or talk to any people outside of a SEIU meeting?

Yet more blind Obama devotion from someone who can't even use the word "their" in a sentence correctly. Yeah. We should really listen to you. Lol!

Zigger is simply a cheerleader all excited that a man of color made it to the position and could care less what he does let alone understand any of it.

OMG the guy can't even fill the Folly Theater. What does that tell you. And what the hell is "the old okie dokie"? Is that a Chicago political term? Or was he trying to put his "left arm in and put his arm out" and he just messed up the name of the song? I did notice they moved his teleprompters farther away from his so they can't be seen on TV. I wonder if they had to make the fonts larger. I also wonder, after the "corpse men" speech, if they spell things phonetically on the teleprompter for him now.

Sorry, Obama will not get his keys back in November.

Nothing out of his mouth is the truth. Everything is lies and people simply can't see the lies for the glamor of "his moment". He is a good speaker (when the teleprompter is working), but off the teleprompter he gets confused because his real thoughts start to come out, then he gets reigned in by staffers to save his image.

Pay close attention to him. He is a Trojan Horse.

How much more bull do we have to hear? We have not been able to keep our heads above water since Obama's miraculous promises, much less stay out of the ditch. Bah-Humbug.

Ziggy, you have no idea what in the world your talking about. Same old crap....tax breaks for the wealthy? According to you and Obama's way of thinking, anyone that has a job and a home is wealthy in this country. The tax breaks given were across the entire board with the lowest percentage being to those who are the wealthiest. I guess if you don't pay taxes (most likely like Ziggs here) everyone else is considered wealthy and should be penalized. Obama is an academic along with his cronies....most if not all have never once held a "real job" (probably like old Ziggs) in their entire lives.

I never heard about a anti-Obama rally. Funny they can sell out the Events Center for an anti-Obama rally and you say there was a rally in lees summit that only drew 200? I think you're making it up. The Folly Theater was half empty. I can never think of another time that a president, or former president, hasn't filled the seats in this city. And it was a democratic event. I think even the brighter members of the left are getting his message loud and clear. Okie dokie?

Are you going to Bryan Pratts breakfast at Lake Winnegago tomorrow? I can't make it and would like a report.
