there is a magic bullet somewhere, problem is who has it and where are they aiming it ? ARabs control the price with their maneuverings of the opec and spot market, the speculators everybody keeps talking about have their strings pulled by the opec heads. Yeah, magic bullet, need a bullet in the head for these opec goons.
