Your ignorant comments are not appreciated. Unions are the backbone of manufacturing in the United States. Without union quality and union labor, this country would be no more than a third world nations.
With all due respect, my friend, you don't back anything
you say up with anything. I will try this again, and ask
you where you think I am wrong.
As I said to you once before, I have been in 4 unions: the
grocery union, the postal union (APWU), the Teamsters, and
the Guild. All 4 places I worked have either folded, are
in constant financial trouble (the Post Office), or have
had massive layoffs due to wages and work rules. Again,
in all 4 jobs the biggest obstacle I faced in advancing, in
either position or wage, was the UNION not management or
the company. There aren't enough characters on this site
or hours in the day to go over the examples of mine and
people I worked with. Forget politics,(even though the
unions are getting in too deep in that area) simply trying
to work in the environment they create is brutal. I am a
believer in collective bargaining of wages and benefits,
as there is strength in numbers, but after that the work
should be all that matters not how long someone has been
there or who they support for steward, and you know exactly
what I am talking about.
Now, will you address these answers to your post, or will
you just ignore everyone who challenges your ideology as
you so often do? I am really interested.
