CEO hired friends for upper mgt. positions and they have no prior experience with aerospace, manufacturing, gov't contracts, etc. They fire "new ideas" people and tell locals all is grand. They waiste $$ and lose every contract thier parent company in Israel has handed them since they can't get new contracts on thier own. Thier 1 customer (NG in Arizona) is from a previous contract written by thier parent company before Stark existed. Aerospace insiders know they blew U.S. project in panama -'loose lips sink ships!' IAI sent them some Heron parts to assemble and they failed with thier own parent company in 2011.

. Fairly accurate statement then some. Heavy politics and clueless board members.

They are a train wreck and a bigger disaster waiting to happen. They treat their people like crap and then get rid of anyone who may have a clue. It is sad for a company with such potential to be squandered and wasted away.

Yet another victim with the loss of someone who may have actually known something about aircraft production. The train is off the tracks but the idiots are still on board. There needs to be a few mental evaluations of Stark management.

Well another one bites the dust at the little old UAV factory at GTR. IAI must want this concept to fail by leaving these so called executives of Stark in place. They are totally unproven and by reading the comments in the Columnbus Dispatch, how can that many employee's who have left there be that far out of touch. Truly a sad state of affairs and hope for the current employee's that someone with a clue intervenes and rights the wrong that appears to be taking place. Surely the State must be aware by the sheer turnover. When they were here in Starkville they seemed to be tracking very well with the tools and facilities they had in place. The supervisor from what I observed was very talented and supported by a Manager with good mentoring skills with a good background from California Aerospace, Lockheed, or Northrop.

Well from what I have read in the Columbus Dispatch not too well. You can read for yourself but it appears that two managers walked out within a week of each other. The area does not need to lose any employers regardless of size.

The guy was a trainwreck at American Eurocopter and nothing has changed since he went to Stark. IAI and the State are oblivious and it amounts to a laundering scheme of US tax dollars being washed twice and paying six figure incomes to the clique off the backs of underpaid labor force.

. Beyond a trainwreck and lacks the good sense in taking care of those that actually provide the skills for success. Instead he allows a QA manager that should be immediately fired for fraud and illegal activity with a wing supplier. Using a General as a mouth piece cannot squelch the noise of this train coming off the tracks. Hopefully IAI will soon catch on as the current board of directors is either clueless or amazingly forgiving. Get rid of the ego maniacs and bring in role models and it can be a true showcase not an eye wash clinic. CEO has some serious shortcomings that cloud whatever wisdom he may have. Fire him and get on with it.

IAI will remain in bed with those bandits as long as they can rub elbows of Mississippi politicians who can make any gain that carries the IAI agenda. The Heron system is a fine system if you can convince the Israel group to provide the Avionics they would employ. Being realistic the Global Hawk and Predator systems along with a myriad of current tactical systems well serves our military. The Hunter has been great tool and Stark should be commended for their efforts up to the point when senior management made some very poor decisions to contract with a manufacture that has performed very poorly in producing the outer wings. Those who knew something about tooling programs and first articles were quickly ignored due to an agenda that has yet to be determined. Once the truth be known about those activities the hierarchy will scramble like roaches when the light comes on. Quality standards are poorly managed and often met with whim standards by an incompetent Quality entity. All those who knew anything about manufacturing and Quality standards have departed and management within the Quality is a copy and paste from down the street and they were very happy to shed him as well.

Their Israeli 'top dog' stopped by this month. This time, he came in with no fanfare and media coverage.(CEO) Eudy did not have their pictures taken together to add to his ego trip wall of fame in is office. The Israelies met in the conference room, walked the floor for 15 minutes, and flew out of there after landing only a few hours earlier... Sounds interesting... No positive PR propaganda for the local folks this time from the Stark execs... Either they know the end is near or they have admitted to themselves that they are totally in over their heads and clueless - just as a little green corporal giving out orders to a large and lean veteran officer corp!!!

After reading the content of the Dispatch, the comments on this page I have come to the conclusion I was one blind SOB while being in their employ. Talking about a license to steal ! These guys are major manipulators of money and power grabbing at the lowest level in DOD contracts. Once a sizeable Company they are contracting with finally opens their eyes, the game will be up and the money grabbers will have to get in line with a "legitimate" work force.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Virgo

Keep a pinch of salt handy today because not everything you hear will be the gospel truth. Someone might have manipulated the facts to make them sound more acceptable, or they may have got carried away and forgotten to tell you something rather vital. Try to keep misunderstandings to a minimum by being as straightforward and honest as possible, and by not simply assuming that people know what you're talking about and therefore not bothering to explain properly.
