See the comment about the 'ratty trailer park'....

Yeah, you know, people lived there. Poor people. Working class people.

Now the minimum rent for a one-bedroom shack is 600 a month & 1200 a month for bigger cottages.

Nice job scaring away the poor. I knew somebody who used to live in that trailer park. They were nice people, not everything in it was 'ratty.
