It seems reasonable to me to expect no less of our representatives than is expected of anyone else. After all, the same laws apply and both groups are feeding at the same trough. I work at a privately owned company and we are required to test before we are hired and randomely throughout our employment. Those who make requirements should also meet those same requirements.
