It is important that the nominee for the OCC head sees the importance of Transparency. This is in stark contras to Mr. Walsh who refuses to #1 release the names of the Independent firms hired by the banks to comply with Article VII (Foreclosure Review)of the April 15th Consent order dealing with foreclosures; #2 release the results of the initial sampling of said "review" to the public.
