The Republicans weren't opposed so much to health-care reform as they were terrified that President Obama would be victorious. They gambled big that they could gin up the extremist right base and others to sway the public against the reforms. And they lost big. By November the American public might very well see the duplicitous nature of the Republican effort and recognize this is a major improvement in our healthcare delivery system. If they do, the Republicans will be DOA at the polls.

You haven't read the bill have you? If you had then you lack comprehension, or are a typical liberal redistributionist.

Are you writing about redistribution of wealth? Done! Ever since Pres Reagan, the Republicans have redistributed the wealth upward. That's why hard working Americans have seen little in pay raises, but the Wall St gang is doing better and better each year. It's a great deal. You pay the taxes, and they steal it.
