"Our Representatives" at work:
1. Rep. John Dingell (D-MI) said: Let me remind you this [Americans allegedly dying because of lack of universal health care] has been going on for years. We are bringing it to a halt. The harsh fact of the matter is when you're going to pass legislation that will cover 300 [million] American people in different ways it takes a long time to do the necessary administrative steps that have to be taken to put the legislation together to control the people.
2. The Obama administration announced on Tuesday it has reserved 3,000 free tickets to the annual White House Easter Egg Roll for students in D.C.-area public and charter schools, but not for children who attend private or parochial schools.
The tickets are essentially being paid for with public dollars. So it should be open to everyone, not just going to select categories of students. There are students in the District of Columbia who attend private schools, parochial schools, or even (are) home schooled, and their parents pay taxes and they should be able to participate in some of the benefits of being citizens of the District of Columbia.
3. SEATTLE -- The mother of a Ballard High School student is fuming after the health center on campus helped facilitate her daughter's abortion during school hours.
"She took a pregnancy test at school at the teen health center," she said. "Nowhere in this paperwork does it mention abortion or facilitating abortion."
Jill says her daughter, a pro-life advocate, was given a pass, put in a taxi and sent off to have an abortion during school hours all without her family knowing.
"They just told her that if she concealed it from her family, that it would be free of charge and no financial responsibility."
4. Senator Max Baucus (D-Mont.) has admitted that some Americans making less than $200,000 per year will face tax hikes under ObamaCare. Such tax hikes are a violation of President Obama’s “firm pledge” not to raise “any form” of taxes on those making less than $250,000 per year.
During remarks tonight on the Senate floor, Baucus said:
“One other point that I think it’s very important to make is that it is true that in certain cases, the taxes will go up for some Americans who might be making less than $200,000.”
As Americans for Tax Reform has pointed out repeatedly, the healthcare bill signed into law today contains seven tax hikes that unquestionably violate Obama’s middle class tax pledge.
Obama’s promise remains for all to see at the website:“no family making less than $250,000 will see their taxes increase.”
It would have been nice if Baucus had admitted that Obamacare raises taxes on families making less than $250,000 before the day Obama signed the bill into law.”

Okay, let it go now!
Healthcare is finally a right for all not a privilige for some.
The party of fear (and nay sayers to anything that does not originate from within their own back rooms) should move on and come up with THEIR plans for the economy and immigration and so on.
That is what the poeple want to hear, not his childish frolicking as they have planned for this week.
November is going to be very interesting!

If there isnt ever any compromise on both parts....the country will never get anywhere! There has to be some fair middle ground...the problem is finding it! Pointing fingers gets nothing done!

This is truly the story of the haves and have-nots; those with health insurance and those without. It is very apparent that there is a large group of American are opposed to healthcare reform do not care about those who are without. When will these individuals wake-up? We are already paying for the uninsured in higher medical costs to cover them; translating into higher insurance premiums.
