They may as well close the schools. You cannot teach those little bandits anything. They have more dropouts then they have students, and some of the teachers are dumber then the students. Have you ever heard the President of the Chicago Teacher's Union speak. She is completely stupid. She cannot put a sentence together, much less a whole paragraph.

Shitcago should be a lesson on what happens when liberals run things, when brown people are left to their own devices, and what the face of liberal style "diversity" really looks like.

That goes for Dumptroit too. That idiot Snyder put another brown guy in charge, someone needs to explain to this imbecile that brown people are the REASON Dumptroit is in the shape it's in. Again, brown people left to their own devices under liberal "leadership".

Besides, you don't need an education to use an EBT card.

America doesn't have a gun control problem, America has a brown person problem.

It's always the schools and students that suffer, never The politicians and School Administrators who continue to rob the public coffers for excessive paychecks and pensions destroying the social fabric of the Cities, the States and the Nation.

At least with all the empty buildings, they have a place to stack the bodies. People started calling them speed bumps.

With Democrats controlling the mayor office for ever, Democrats in complete control of the State and Obama in the White house, have they figured out a way to blame this on the Republicans yet?

maybe those students could stay home, and be home schooled by their parents? Surely they live in a 2 parent home, don't ya think?

This is only a small piece of the decline of America. As it gets worse the blame on the responsible will get do the same. It is fun watching this stuff. At some point we will realize the precipice we put ourselves in.

They can't read or write when they graduate anyway. What's the difference. We are paying teachers to be animal trainers.

People are raising hell about school closures in Philly too but with a 70% dropout rate who cares? Most of those that do graduate are functionally illiterate and unemployable! Why waste the money on a lost cause.

All cities want Charter schools. It is a solution to greedy Unions, and the students in Charter schools are actually being educated. They have the best teachers.

these are tough schools too, several of them have a school newspaper with an obituary section.
