I'll bet those folks in the 1% estates next to those preserves will be thrilled....

If it was up to Ms Preckwinkle all the prisoners would be released, and given another chance, and another, and another etc. The leaders in the AA have no solutions for those people as far as helping them lead a normal life. But when they turn to crime, or have illegitimate children by many different fathers they excuse their behavior as if it were normal. It isn't. At some future point they will have to become civilized.
