why bother legalizing anything?.
Consider illegal drug sales, extortion by street gangs, illegal unregistered unlicensed guns used to kill black citizens even though killing is illegal in chicago and killing blacks is a civil rights violation even in chicago.
the point being with all the illegal activity going on in the south side community of chicago why bother legalizing anything in chicago.
chicago police are so focused ( like a laser) on parking violations in chicago that they don't seem to have the time, energy or wording in the police union employment contract with the tax payers to enforce the laws on the books already.
so since the police and official chicago government ignore many laws in the city already why bother legalizing anything else???
just follow the lead of the folks on the south side and do what ever you want cause no one cares.
beside the police will be in a donut shop or too busy scribbling parking tickets to bother you doing something illegal in chicago..........
