California is suffering the same disasterous out comes. Once top rated Public schools are now rated an abysmal 47th in the Nation.

Just like in ChicagoLand, when Voters are stupid enough to ignore the Union Warning Label on bought and paid for Union Owned Politicians tragic out comes always follow.

for the most part ITS NOT THE TEACHERS or the school crossing guards,or the books, or the old school building, its THE BROKEN FAMILIES AND THEIR BRATS, its money for nothing and your chicks are free, the politicians try to blame everyone . the facts are some are illerate all their life, and the jails, news, and most wanted list tells the tale.be real.today in pittsburgh they arrested 20 drug sellers, near a government housing project and their picture tells all...when some one quits school the first thing that should be done is "FINGERPRINTING ,DNA AND MUG SHOT...its been the same story for decades, paying for a HARVARD EDUCATION,to get them to 2nd grade .and the slogans out of washington ,.NEVER END...a child is, none left, a mind is a,it takes a ,now the politicians want to blame the teachers and their union.....that they created decades ago.

many prescription drugs , like vioxx only cover up the real problems, fixing nothing,.....like many government solutions that ,have done nothing ,but cover over the real problems, but created more side effects .ive drawn the conclusion is ,we have a "vioxx government". that fixes nothing, creates more turmoil, side effects, and in the end kills of the patient ,and feeds on its own stupidity...its been a no win for most since LBJ.

Parents should investigate home schools and the locally elected need to reassign education funding away from union grandstanding.

it was not the teachers who proposed busing ,decades ago.the politicians did. today we have more kinds of schools, cyber, charter, magnet, public, church, home and who knows what else.. .so the politics and politicians tried to hide one problem and created many more, while using the public schools as a sacrificial lamb.... DITTO... healthcare, home mortgages, banking,TAXES,pensions, public housing, the welfare state,..and everything un their road..

Let's kill Section 8 housing vouchers and get back to neighborhood schools.....busing was social engineering, and that rarely works out well....
