They can't read or write after they graduate anyway. Close the schools down and give the kids jobs with Menendez and Barney Frank.

What we really need is school vouchers. let the parents decide where their kids are going to go to school, it's their tax money let them make the choice. why should the parents have to fund some union dominated under performing school. maybe then we can get rid of the poor performing teachers and union hacks.

Rahm has spoken; and so it shall be!!

It is incomprehensible that Rahm was elected to be Mayor of Chicago.

He wasn't even technically a RESIDENT of the city, having RENTED out his residence while he was a resident of Washington, D.C.(but he was able to spend LOTS of his personal wealth to get a judge to say he was a resident)

As former chief of staff for Obama, people must have ASSUMED it to be a good thing.

How sorry they must be!!

I remember hearing the president of their teacher's union speak and after that I understood why they had such a high dropout rate and why most of the graduates were functionally illiterate. The woman could not speak proper English which is pathetic!

The school Distrcit curriculum has faultered test scores anyway, BY LAW if the child passed the test they advance in the beginning of the year to next grade level, if they pass that same, when they struggle that is the grade they remain.

You can also register for tests, PERIOD at local tech or Universities or even local YMCA Just the test and you take art and music and gym with the college and Y

Whats the fight to get into porocial school anyway for? They steal all science and art works and give it to girlor boy scouts to go to State contest exceeding $25,000-$250,000

My sister Angela had a gun in her side at Northside Elelmentary school in 1977 and 1978 They stole over 4 of her works, led her to science lab and introduced her to the presentor of her work, she won several thrid place and a 1st place over $250,000 by the time she was 9 years old and never got one cent. Police were involved Teacher gave bogus location of the science fair.

We went to Alaska with Local Middleton WIsc MAyor and Bishop consent on WItness protection

IO won Junior Olympics and was to be removed form school to hang at Middleton Heights with 10th grade boys, but go to school at UW with Track dorm boys Special Olympics trianing for my brain injury

We left North to Alaska 79ers in a big blue bus thru Canada I got to sing on the cb North to Alaska for the truckers poorly, mountees really wear tights and show their groin EHHHH

Northside Elementary had a 4th grade teacher MS MILLER her town was fined and only has several homes, they did a melted crayon project and competed with all our work for $250,000 in a out of city competition all their homes are $25 a month so they funded their whole town off the wins form city kids to live free life.

Problem she was kicked out of Leapold Elementary in MAdison Kindergarten for me and DAmion(for permitting witchcraft and spirit talk around us REGINA the assist teacher was not allowed to affilaite with children NO ASSISTNET is)Fired for permitting people to talk to the children she was soley accoutnable for Never to teach in MAdison Wisc again Ironically we met as she was my 4th grade teacher as well

What difference does it make? All they are doing is teach kids to take tests. Critical thinking was abandoned decades ago!

Exactly what is "critical thinking"? I've heard about it but am not sure what it is.
