Like always, public misonception is the rule of law in this area.
It's a little hard to get a "misoncetion" about a guy that can't get a $177,000 job after spending over $35,000,000.00 trying--LOL

Nothing funny about it.

Simply put, Dick DeVos was in the lead with all the polls RIGHT UP UNTIL THE TIME that someone (most likely in Brailface's campaign team) started wispering "Hey, do you know who Dick DeVos is? He's the DeVos of AAAAAmmmmwwwwaaayyyy."

In fact, he was not only in the lead, but pulling away from Ms. "Blown Away."

Once that started being bantered around and playing on the total misrepresentation of Amway, he began sliding in the polls and didn't recover.

Plus, if you recall, the totals weren't that far apart percentage wise. And never forget, the only reason Demoncrats win is this state anyway is because it takes the ENTIRE REST OF THE STATE TO OVERRIDE the bastion of Democrat social programs...DETROIT.

They most likely started quoting Betsy.

He just didn't muzzle her fast enough.

He didn't win because he had a name recognition problem--everyone knew who he was and what he stood for--LOL
