This is why we should LIMIT secrecy for these clandestine agencies to the fewest instances possible and only where absolutely necessary. With the tone of lawlessness the Bush Administration set, I expect we will be hearing stories of illegal, unethical and immoral conduct by the CIA, HSA, etc. for many years to come.
Hopefully we can restore some transparency to Government.
