Best they get rid of the "GREEN" teachers....these quota fillers have no teaching skills, and are doing damage.

Funny this country grew great with one room ,drafty, coal heated school houses...with good results....look aroud you..now with schools chock filled with the latest training ,learning devices are tuning out morons....Leno points that out so well!..But it ain't funny!

Quality teachers make quality students....enough of our kids not learning, and increasingly getting sexually abused!

This powerful teachers union is a blot on our educational system, and has done great harm...

If I ever prove unworthy of the private sector and need a safe haven to rest I'll think about becoming a public teacher.

Why would anyone paint schools green. And to spend $6.4 billion doing it?? I could do it for $10 million without breaking a sweat.

Green is all hype with nothing to show for it. What are the benefits? How much energy savings does it really provide? How much energy goes into making the "green" products or whatever?

Remember corn-based ethanol and all the hype surrounding that debacle! What did we get? Higher food prices, fuel that was less efficient and actually damaged our engines, and billions of gallons of wasted freshwater. "Green" advocates so far have come up with nothing that is actually more effecient, better for the environment, or better for the economy. I really wish they would, but so far, nothing but empty promises and large price tags. They are the by far the stupidest, greediest, and most narcissitic people on the planet.

I have another way to make the schools greener. Start serving salads with romaine lettice instead of that nutritionless iceberg lettice.

The teachers and administrators would still complain that they do not have enough money. It's never enough.

Speaking a foreign language is an important aspect of a well rounded education; that's why kids in our schools study English.

Wonder how much this comes out to per school? A couple of dollars?
