Mental illness is a terrible disease, insurance companies should cover the cost, by people getting help that they need, all of society benifits

For those who missed this article from 2 years ago, this bill was called "Sam's bill". It was Sam's own personal issues which brought the bill to congress. He is now getting the help he needs, but as we can see, he still has a ways to go.
