When Republican Scott Brown won Ted Kennedys old seat last month, Patrick Kennedy told reporters that it was a sign that voters were out for "blood...

Patrick complained the Democratic Party was not doing a good job of selling the health care overhaul to the American people, and he called the Democrats the most undisciplined party there is out there.

Providence Mayor Buddy Cianci, a convicted felon who was released from federal prison in 2007 after serving four-and-a-half years on corruption charges, also said that he was open to the possibility of a House run for his seat...

Unintended 2009 Liberal Consequences:

If not for Obama, Fox News would not be number one... If not for Obama, filibuster proof, mandated healthcare would have been law...

If not for Obama, the Tea Party and Palin would not have been a great success... If not for Obama, Kennedy would not have lost his bluest seat to a Republican...

If not for Obama, Virginia and New Jersey would not have lost their liberal governors... If not for Obama's ROBO teleprompter, Obama would not have anything intelligent to say...

If not for Obama, disappointed voters would not have ripped their Hope and Change bumper stickers off... If not for Obama, the economy, jobs and stimulus plan would not have gone awry...

If not for Obama, Gitmo would have been closed... If not for Obama, 317 American Soldiers (Corpse Men) would not have died in Afghanistan in 2009 and 39 in the Month of January 2010...

The voters were 'not out for blood', it was a message that the Washington, DC nobility should collect what they can carry, and move on. The lesson America needs to learn is that there will be corruption when there is power, the rare air of Washington, disconnects from the people who pay and are surrounded by sycophants (lobbiests) who are there to make a deal.
Returning home to live and work with the people is a greater tribute to his family.

Maybe he sees the writing on the wall and a loss is unacceptable.
Maybe he has a plan for more important work, like charity. I certainly hope its the latter, but, i think its prob. a combo of both.

Politics is small change now. With Ted Kennedy dead the multi-billion dollar Kennedy trust fund needs a new manager. Just who do you think has his eye on this golden egg about now?

So what???Ya find Kennedy's any where..its not geography, but a state of where they want to buy power! Its the Family!More importantly. The same conditions in Mass. are in effect in R. I...and he and the Kennedy's are gone...for A while....Anyone see RFK jr around??..
I think Patrick might try to move back to Massachusetts and run for "Daddy's Seat"...after all, the Kennedys believe that senate seat belongs to them. As for RFKJr, his brain is so fried...that's all we need.
