Actually they can and have been doing so ever since same sex marriages/civil unions came into being. Under common law, children born to a couple in a marriage are presumed to be the product of that marriage, unless one or more possible parents object, regardless of anyone else's knowledge to the contrary if there is no attempt to defraud the state. If a baby is born as the result of sperm or egg donation or a rent a womb to one or both people in a married couple, they "both" made it, no matter the physical impossibility. Same sex parents have been given that same legal presumption. Unless a parent objects to being named or not named, it's their legal little effort to be fruitful and multiply. No matter that you just know it didn't happen that way.

They are freaks and will always be considered freaks by the vast majority of humankind. As a community, they don't even respect marriage. Especially in Hawaii, they will get married to protect themselves from having to testify against the illegal drug activities and abuse of homeless young men by each of the pair.

And yet the majority of Americans support marriage equality for same-sex couples.

Don't worry, we'll get Kentucky soon enough.

No they don't. Those are fake polls you use, which is common behavior for tyrants. You guys fake everything... fake Matthew Shepard narratives to force others to bow to your sickness. Fake NJ lesbian narratives to extort money and cause confusion. Fake accusations against Catholic priests, when you know it was a homosexual problem. Fake everything. Fake sex. Fake humanity. Most of those supporting you are terrorized by you.

I really don't mind breaking this to you, but despite your absolute certitude in the inerrancy of your beliefs, you do not speak for the vast majority of human kind, you don't even speak for a majority any more, but a thankfully ever dwindling minority of self-righteous purveyors of ignorance and hate.

One example of a same sex couple behaving badly, real or imagined, of course means all same sex couples have such attitudes towards marriage. It's only logical. As it is only logical to say that it doesn't matter how many examples we can cite of opposite sex couples also behaving badly, really, as opposed to possibly imagined, they cannot and should not be seen as representational of anyone else.

In related news, logic was found beaten unconscious and tied to a fence post. It's not expected to survive. There is a suspect.

You do realize that there are a substantial number of opposite sex married couples who have turned to third party assistance out of need or want? Laws have already been written to legally accommodate the little miracles brought into the world that way. It no longer matters how many people it takes to make that baby, it is the married couple's baby, they have parental rights over it. This principle has been applied to same sex couples in legal unions for years. Try and keep up.

No different than the millions of hetero couples who need a 3rd party to impregnate their partner.

We'll be CELEBRATING after the '16 election, having elected Hillary as President and overturning marriage bans by referendum in Colorado & Michigan among other states.

Before that we'll also be celebrating after the '14 election when we overturn Oregon's ban at the ballot box as well.

It's victory after victory from here out.
