Actually it DIDN'T work out if you remember correctly.......Janet Jenkins sits in her home in Vermont hoping to see her daughter again.....and the Courts from Virginia ACTUALLY agreed with the Courts in Vermont......and BOTH failed to prevent Lisa Miller from fleeing the Country.....sorry, but I believe that the FFC is in place because it makes a legal Court Judgment from one state legal and viable in another!!!
As you said, the Virginia court did indeed agree with the Vermont court and made that court judgment from Vermont legal & viable in Virginia.

Miller failed to comply with both the Vermont court judgment AND the Virginia court judgment, AND kidnapped her daughter and fled the country after she lost.

I don't know how much more you expect from the FFC. Unfortunately it can't prevent people from kidnapping their own child and fleeing the country.

You're right the FFC CAN'T prevent felons from kidnapping and fleeing the Country......but it did fail Janet Jenkins and Isabella by NOT making sure that Lisa was complying with the Court orders!!!

I'm not going to debate this one way or the other.......I accept that we see the FFC differently and we will have to see how it fairs in Court!!!

Listen very carefully to the sodomite's conversations. They are interested only in how they can pervert common and other longstanding law and tradition to further sodomy as a commonality in a country they are intent on destroying like all sociopaths. It doesn't ultimately have anything to do with rights; it has to do with destruction.

Court orders are up to family court officers to enforce. I'm not sure the result would have been any different had they been an opposite sex couple.

I will agree with ya on that, though I doubt the Court would have given one parent so many chances if it had been a straight couple......just saying!!!

Hope you and your family are well.....Peace my friend!!!

Actually, court officers don't enforce court orders. That's up to the local police or county sheriff's deputies.

It also depends on the particular jurisdiction.

In New York, The City Of New York does it differently from the rest of New York State, and on Long Island, Suffolk County and Nassau county do it differently than The City Of New York, or upstate New York. I know. I've been involved in having civil judgments enforced on Long Island, in The City Of New York, and also upstate New York. Al different.

If EVERY state passed marriage equality today, this MINUTE, it would not cause a single person anywhere in the universe to turn gay.

There is no "homosexualizing." Anywhere.
