They should not have allowed women in major military units. It has been a major headache for the military for years. The generals are not allow to talk about how it undermines moral.

I agree they're to much of a distraction. I wouldn't allow any women in the military period that includes nurses. That said I would bring back the draft but have a combatant checkoff which would raise pay by 1/3 for people who elect tradition combat mos's while taking 1/3 from non-combatant Mos's. High school graduation or 18 say goodbye for 3 not 2 years. I would also get rid of private contractors too.
The long term cost to the 10% who are rape victims nullifies any good they can do. In the end the victim of a rape could cost the taxpayers millions for disability claims for PTSD.

Nice try Niki. Wrapping yourself in the flag is not going to do it. We are out here and we are focused. Waiting to pounce in November. Go stand next to one of those big checks you like to hand out. That's always good for publicity.

Nice try, loser. A little late to make it look like you give a schitt. You are just posturing, more likely than not, at the behest of your freaking party leadership to get you reelected, you useless libtard. Too friggin bad you FAILED to listen to all the CONSTITUENTS of yours who wanted answers on the health bill. Too little too late. You are PAID to represent ALL the people in your district, not just the ones who agree with your "party line". Snubbing more than half of your constituency didn't do you any favors. November is coming.

Niki Tsongas is to "protecting soldiers’" what Pat Schroeder was to Naval Aviation.

Every soldier we have – of any sex – will be safer, more effective, and more lethal when this anti-military / anti-war über-liberal is removed on November 2nd. Her idea of "protecting soldiers" is enacting more laws and bring them home from a fight they were winning.

Remember how well that worked in 1972-75 in Vietnam? Niki protested that war too. Worked out great for the Vietnamese and Cambodians too. Niki would surrender Cape Cod if she thought it would "keep soldiers safe".

She held another of her academy nights Friday in Tewksbury. A total of eight (8) kids showed up. She had more office staff there than kids. Most of the parents were signing Sam’s nominating petition on the way in. The voters [except for her loyal flock of MoonBats] have wised up to her. Bye-bye Niki. Go home to Charlestown.

what does that nonsensical BS have to do with protecting women soldiers. I would protect them by giving them discharge papers and never allowing another one in the military period. Vietnam has nothing to do with it. who cares if she protested it as I recall almost everybody under 25 was was against it so what?

Hey Dum dum what's the topic TSONGAS WANTS TOUGHER LAWS TO PROTECT SOLDIERS.it should say TSONGAS WANTS TOUGHER LAWS TO PROTECT TAXPAYERS. It has nothing to do with her it's about female soldiers getting Raped and grappled by their fellow soldiers.
I know you're an idiot but try to follow this logic.
Rape is a definate indicator of a PTSD stressor. If 10,000 women are rated 100% disabled because of PTSD and they live 40 years they will collect about $2,4 MILLION (IN TODAYS DOLLARS)of the tax money people like you so selfishly guard. For those 10,000 victims of rape and sexual assault it's going to cost $50 million a month, and that's not counting other benefits we give to disabled veterans.
Where are all the t-partiers on this issue? Its right up their alley isnt it.? Why arent them jerks behind her on this issue. OH! I see ,it has nothing to do with right or wrong but rather with who and party affiliation.
By the way I lowballed my figures
