Get on yer google & look this stuff up.
There's relatively little $$ in 'old' weapons systems
Just nuking Iraq would have been effective, but not much $ to be made that way.
Now, Invading Iraq, and staying there for 11 years
There's LOTS of $$ in occupying & new weapons systems.
USA! USA!.

Reckless lunacy? The repugs are the ones demanding massive spending cuts. Obama puts them out there and now they are all in a hissy.

Yeah, reckless lunacy

The ONLY cuts Obama proposes are in Defense, the primary responsibility of EVERY government

But he wipes those cuts out, and far, far more with expansions in entitlements, government employment, and Crony Capitalism (aka Socialism, aka corruption)

The republican party represents the rich special interests. Republicans hate the working middle class and their policies reflect that. They led the way to redistribute wealth from the middle class to the rich special interest. That is why the middle class is very very small today because of the republican destruction of the middle class.

Gee, do you have a crystal ball
Tea leaves?
ESP?

How would you even have the SLIGHTEST concept of what I listen to or read?
Ya DON'T, ya maroon!

NO, fungus lips, I read many divergent views, and look at history (and factual statistics), and make up my own mind. And I'm sorry (not really) to report, that gimmees, takeaways, high taxes, and all the other big government stylistics, do NOT improve a danged thing. That's been tried, multiple times, and failed, EVERY time. Whatever is spent by government must first be taken from the productive. Further, government produces NOTHING, so it actually impedes growth. What DOES work is allowing biz to conduct biz, free of unnecessary impedance

Think I'm wrong? Then why has EVERY major tax cut resulted in increased revenues? And better employment stats? And less governmental dependence? And Greater income for the Middle and lower classes? EVERY time! And why has Keynesianism done the exact reverse?

The definition of lunacy is to try the same thing, repeatedly, expecting different results. And isn't that what the Keynesian, big government advocates have done? They try the same ole', same ole', which has never succeeded, and they now expect a winner?

No wonder we hate rich people. The average annual income is around $50K. We need to start taking more from those that make more than that. If you are making close to twice the average you are considered rich and need to pay more in taxes, way more.
