It won't matter.

The nation is saying NO to what the democrats are pushing.

The nation NOW trusts the REPUBLICANS more on Health care reform.

Yep. And the GOP now widens their lead in the generic congressional ballot race.

Take a look at these numbers:

CNN:

51% of EVERYONE disapproves of how Obama has handled the economy

53% of EVERYONE disapproves of how Obama has handled Health Care

52% of EVERYONE disapproves of how Obama has handled taxes

63% of EVERYONE disapproves of how Obama has handled the deficit

48% of EVERYONE disapproves of how Obama has handled Medicare (only 43% approve)

53% of INDEPENDENTS DISAPPROVE of Obama’s job in the White house.

CBS Poll:

47% DISAPPROVE of his handling of health care, only 40% approve.

“Americans in general became angrier on the issue.”

1/3rd call themselves dissatisfied with the way Obama has handled it, another 17% describe themselves as angry about it.

Most angry? Conservatives, 33%. Republicans, 36%, and Americans 65+, over 21%.

Democrats? 55% satisfied. ONLY 55%. And only 21% of them are enthusiastic.

46% of everyone said it wouldn’t effect them and 31% say it would HURT them.

Can't call THESE polls "right wing" pollsters.

ABC/WaPo said a majority of the nation now DOESN'T TRUST Obama to make sound financial decisions for the nation.

THAT number should horrify the democrats. The NATION DOESN'T TRUST Obama anymore.

Will it matter if Obama gives a speech? Of course not.

And now this idiotic push to the school children?

The nation wants the government OUT of their lives.

How do you think the stupidity of "Obama speaks to the children" is going to go over when you have 53% of the INDEPENDENTS giving OBAMA a DISAPPROVAL rating?

How do you think THAT'S going to go over?

Obama wants the government to intrude into every part of your life. And if YOU won't allow it, he'll use the SCHOOLS to speak to your CHILDREN.

Can you imagine how the left would have SCREAMED if Bush did something like this?

"How will you help President Bush?"
"How will President Bush inspire me?"

The democrats and Obama's arrogance have completely stepped over the bounds of what is appropriate...

Rep. Mike Thompson held a town hall here last night. It was calm and orderly. A conservative anti-reform radio station polled the crowd, which included every side of the issue from those who want single payer to those who don't want any reform and it turned out that 70% want at least a public option. You can't judge the mood of a crowd by counting how many scream over opposing views. Polling the attendees, every one of them, is the only way to know their views. Thanks to Old Glory Radio for their coverage and admission that the majority held an opposing view, even though they interviewed primarily anti-reformers who made up less than 30% of the crowd.

LOL; I remember how I use to poll-gaze when Bush was in Office. I couldn’t wait for a new poll to come out hoping that the American people would disapprove of his ineptitude and sink his poll numbers even further. But the funny thing is that no matter how low Bush’s numbers got, they weren’t low enough, and he was still in the White House. So when I see right-wingers poll-gazing, I laugh and reminisce; because I know exactly what they’re feeling, and I know that they are building themselves up for a great fall. I will have the popcorn ready to watch and enjoy all of you right-wing idiots’ crash and burn over the next 8 years.

Is that the same as B.O. and his broken promises?

Promises Obama made:

Obama made the following promises and comments during and after the
election. Maybe he should have to turn himself in to his own snitch squad
for misrepresenting the truth when it comes to health care reform?

Obama Promises:

I will not negotiate behind close doors, but bring all parties together and
broadcast those negotiations on C-SPAN .

We have to enlist the American people in this process .

I would welcome input .

If you have better ideas please present them .

The public will be part of the conversation

That builds accountability into the system because now that Congressman is
put on the spot

You can shame Congress into doing the right thing

I respect what the Clinton's tried to do in 1993 but they made one really
big mistake . they took all their experts into one room and then they closed
the door. They tried to design the plan in isolation from the American
people.

Your pretty optimistic for being in the minority. Don't make any bets for me. You backed the wrong horse. Obama's approval rate is down to 40% and dropping faster than any president in history.

If you don't have anything factual to add, STFU! This polling was done by a VERY conservative radio station in a politically diverse region in far northern California and there were no illegal aliens at all. Contrary to wing nut claims, there is nothing in any of the bills which would provide insurance to illegal aliens and no matter how many times you xenophobe cretins tell the lie, it still won't be true.

Kerry is one freaky looking dude. Why would they name this bill after the BIGGEST LOSER that ever came down the pike. A little foreshadowing maybe?
Obama has to resort to indoctrinating children because there are so few grown ups listening to him anymore. He really IS evil. And stupid. How could Rahm and Axlerod screw this up so bad? Obama should fire them and hire some NEW Zionists. They took Obama for being totally admired to being totally despised in record time. They really suck at their jobs. So does Obama for that matter.
P.S. F_ck you Van Jones...Your the azzhole.

Nineman, your comments are pretty unintelligent but surely you do not believe what you have said? Obama is trying to motivate our children to do better at school?

Some of us do not believe in dumbing down our students but trying to inspire them to do better.

Try it!

I was in Cambodia, Christmas of 1968, the memory is seared....seared in my mind. I was sent upriver to terminate a rough colonel. When I got there, Dennis Hopper was taking pictures, so we smoked some weed, and then chopped up a water buffalo. Fade to black.

No to begin campaigning for the Kennedy-Mary Jo Kopechne Health care Bill.

The Kennedy's and Pelosy's of this world live like Kings and Queens with the best health care of the world while the common man and the Mary Jo Kopechne's of the world pay for it; some of us with our lives!!

Kerry is a yellow belly coward. He and Jane Fonda caused us to loose support and loose Viet Nam all while Kerry was ridding around in military aircraft barking at all the soldiers and treating fellow soldiers like SJIT; like the axx hole he was. Kerry is a TRAITOR!

We don't need to have the same fare of Mary Jo so they can live like Kings and Queens!
