Very biased reporting as usual from the S&E. How about some objectivity? Coakley is very liberal in her views and policies. She favors gay marriage and abortion rights, and opposes the death penalty. Oh yeah, she's a flip-flopper on the death penalty - once supported it and now doesn't (remember little jeff curley who was brutally murdered? Where's his justice?). and the Fells Acres fiasco? She's just another political hack.

Coakley is the moderate. I don't agree with everything she says, but she has the general idea and she has a fire in her belly and I think she would do well for us in Washington.

Do well? As, like, toe the party line, rubber stamp any nitwit democrat tax escalation program, throw more money at ILLEGAL aliens, shove "obamacare" up the taxpayers butt and destroy the healthcare system? That what you were talking about? The "fire in her belly" is just heartburn from eating too many burritos at the wetback fundraisers.

Low turnout was due to no one running worth voting for, look at each of their histories, and you will see that none of them deserved your vote.

I guess any real candididates have decided that the system is too big to buck, and have given up.

Massachusetts continues to lose..........

I'm extremely disappointed in the low turnout. Coakley has it locked in now. We did have a chance to give a fresh face a shot in the primary, and I was hoping we would...especially since if we had given a relatively unknown candidate like Pagliuca or Kahzei (I think that's how you spell it) the Democratic seat on the ballot, we might actually have a race in January - now THAT would be interesting.

If illegal immigration is so important, why did the republicans do nothing about it in the years that they had full control?

Nice little racist tweak there about the burritos. Republican humor.

As far as taxes, when was the last time a republican lowered taxes in a way that benefitted you? It's always for billionaires only.
