I hope this time, this bill will make it all the way as stand-alone bill. This was unanimously approved by both US congress and senate last year but unfairly suffered the same fate when it was inserted in the failed comprehensive immigration reform bill. This does not have any budgetary requirements but merely part and parcel of a token of recognition and appreciation for services rendered by our filipino veterans. Let's pray and hope that a sense of urgency accompany this bill and bring these families together at least before their last breath in this land they fought for and dream of providing a brighter future for their loved ones.

We've been supporting them for
decades so why do we have to
bring them here?
If we bring em here can we have all
the out-sourced jobs brought back?
