Everyone knows we are in a prolonged drought, and cutting back on outdoor watering in the "dead of winter really isnít a solution"
If the drought continues here, as weather experts and climatologists are "predicting",

Other areas of the world are experiencing droughts as well, attributed to global warming, just as climatologists "have long predicted."
There you have it folks more tax dollars extracted from real tax payers will solve the issue. See by the quotes more scientific science fiction.
