Shouldn't Udall be meeting with his own constituents in Washington who brought this on?

It was Obama's self named budget which laughably claim to be a "bold new approach" that will possibaly axe the Constellation space program, a replacement for the shuttle.

More quality jobs going out of Colorado at the hands of Democrats.

And now, the Dems in Washingtom are stating after the recent spending spree, they don't have funds left for Obama's "jobs bill".

More "Change we can count on".

In this situation it's not about total jobs but where they are. Shuttle and big rocket development people are out of work. And that sucks for them. Earth observing satellite folks may have a hiring boom. It may all be aerospace, but it’s a very different set of skills.

The stunning figure was revealed by Cuban leader Raúl Castro himself: The Cuban government and its enterprises might have more than one million excess workers on their payrolls.

That's more than one million unproductive workers, out of what official Cuban figures show is a total of 4.9 million people working in formal jobs in a country of 11.2 million people.

Most non hi tech folks laid off often have to retrain to get work, why can't the agency boys do the same - or have they become conditioned to kid gloves...

I'd rather see our government stop penalizing private companies for achievement, forcing further social dependency, and reward private companies for hiring new employees and actually being successful, regardless of the sector.
This (real numbers) 26% unemployment can't be sustained much longer, there’s just simply not much wealth left to spread..

And yes, what a country where you encourage students to work hard and pay decades for physics degrees as a requirement become a "green" wind mill lubricator.

Once again- "Change you can count on"!
