Another cranky liberal who doesn't like the way the mood in the nation is heading.

Tough.

It was the democrats who woke "this sleeping giant" with their liberal stupidity.

They created the "cranky mood" in the nation with Bush and the nonstop "bush bashing."

Fine. You got what you wanted. And electorate that is ANGRY, and FED UP, and finding out, they may not have liked Bush, but Obama and the democrats are MUCH worse with what they're trying to do and have ALREADY done.

You guys are headed for an electoral b*tchslapping.

Welcome to national mood that you guys created.

Tough. Lump it.

After 8 years of Bush and Republican control of all 3 branches of government the US citizens know that conservatism is nothing but waste, fraud, and abuse. Republicans are the party of no. They are self righteous hypocrites who want more of the same.
Thankfully the pompous conservatives wont ever be in power for a very very long time to come. The Republicon party is now obsolete outside of lower class areas like oklahoma and a few other racist southern states. Republicans will only lose more elections in the future!
I, too, am still a registered Republican but fed up for the reasons you cited. Too bad that Pelosi and the democratic leadership is doing all they can to derail the great plans of President Obama. Because of this, Republican leadership will re-surface.

VOR:

You bet it will. Just like 1994.

Would you rather have a party that learned their lesson? Or a party that is having a temper tantrum on the national stage because they don't like what the nation is telling them?

And make plans to ram through something the nation is saying "no" to?

Seems like a no brainer to me. The democrats stopped privatization of Social Security.

Why can't the republicans and the nation STOP the stupidity of the democrats?

There are a HOST of other things that can be tried before the liberal stupidity of having the government do it, but this time, "we'll just do it BIGGER"

Dr. Cortese from the MAYO CLINIC even said "stop pushing for the single payer."

Even CORTESE said, fix the 2 behemoth single payer systems we ALREADY HAVE.. medicare and medicaide, FIRST.

When the head of he most prestegious and premier health care provider IN THE WORLD says YOU'RE MAKING A MISTAKE, you should listen.

I think Dr. Cortese and the CEO of Whole Foods should be hosted on a panel on a show somewhere to discuss their ideas and opinions.

There are LOTS of other ideas out there to try.

We don't need the liberal stupidity of "only the government can save us."

The government can't even pay a decent price for a POUND OF HAM. They paid DOUBLE the RETAIL price.

And these same idiots who can't even buy HAM are telling you they can manage your health care better and cheaper?

Puuuuhhhlleeeeaaaazuh....

"...[W]hen conservative Republican Gov. Mark Sanford flies off to Argentina to commit adultery, so what? When conservative Republicans Sen. John Ensign, Rep. Chip Pickering and Rep. Newt Gingrich likewise are revealed to be adulterers, whoopee.

When David Vitter, the conservative Republican senator from Louisiana, has his depraved exploits at a house of prostitution exposed, earning him the nickname Diaper Dave, that's his business.

When conservative Republican Sen. Larry Craig is arrested for soliciting sex in a men's restroom and does not contest the charge, no big deal. When conservative Republican Rep. Mark Foley sends suggestive e-mails to boy pages, yawn.

As long as the individual in question is conservative, Republican and anti-abortion, that's all that matters. We get no reaction from the right-wing blowhards.

Maybe they are just too busy loudly demanding that the Ten Commandments and other religious symbols be displayed in public buildings. And perhaps now we know why...."

So here George hides behind a keyboard stuttering whine, Ben hides behind a yawn and No One Important hides in Naperville IL and types out school-yard bullying that ends with "Welcome to national mood that you guys created. Tough. Lump it."

Anyone with integrity and honesty and goodness, not just those traits in fair-weather but possessing them continually and constantly, regularly, knows that the writer of that letter to the editor has pinpoint accuracy, and the class-warfare Republican Administrations since and including Reagan's Trickle Down Economics have pooled the USA into the cesspool that the Democrats are again cleaning-up. Hillary predicted it.

Of course, George & Ben & No One Important, and their futile fellowship, cannot identify with that notion, or anything even remotely like it, because they are all too busy making up excuses for themselves and their cohorts.

Many/most will not ever see themselves and their cohorts for the hypocrites that they are because they are too busy pointing their fingers everywhere else to point their magnifying glass on themselves.

Take care, everyone.

Obama is humping hard to free animal detainees who would blow us to smitherines in a heart beat.

And Obama has now neutered the CIA who was keeping us SAFE. And Holder is going after the agency.

What's wrong with this picture?

Gimme fiscal conservatives having affairs any day of the week.

GET YOUR PRIORITIES STRAIGHT.

Read a poll lately?

Reid, Dodd, Burris, Specter, Ohio Seat, Boxer in trouble.....

There's 6 in the senate right there.

Even blue dogs in "safe districts" are petrified.

Election season is here. In some states, they're already passing petitions. Yep. 6 months away from primaries...

Meanwhile, Obama just neutered the CIA. That was OBAMA'S decision.

And is trying to free detainees, or get them TRANSFERRED HERE...

Obama's admin just admitted they were bs-ing the budget by 2 trillion...

And we're still losing JOBS. "It's the economy, stupid."

As someone pointed out, Obama and his immaturity and inability to lead is now showing.

Aftgan is out of control, their budget numbers were proven to be BS, the bogus stimulus didn't work, cash for clunkers was another taxpayer funded giveaway, the omnibus spending that got rammed through, cap n trade....

Read a poll. The democrats are in huge trouble. And they know it.

RCP has the GOP leading in the congressional generic ballot by 5 points.

Obama is 5 points lower than bush during the same period in his presidency, and bush had a 25 point spread in approval disapproval. Obama only has 9.

Reid loses to ANY republican challenger in polls.

The liberals just can't see it, but moderates do. They're petrified, and they should be.

Seniors ALWAYS vote, and they disapprove of the democrats, and Obama's agenda.

Independents favor the GOP over 2 to 1 margins now. And THEY'RE the reason Obama and the democrats won.

37% of Virginia independents say they WON'T vote for Deeds for governor if he's endorsed by Obama. 37%! Only 23% said they would.

That is some MAJOR anger out there.

Keep sticking your head in the sand. All the better for us.

Remember, Obama only won 29 states. 3 FEWER than Bush did in 2004.

There wasn't a madate for Obama's and Pelosi's agenda. There never was. Almost half the nation voted AGAINST Obama.

And why wasn't Obama advocating a "government run" health care during the campaign, huh?

Why did he keep THAT secret? Because he KNEW the nation would never elect him? If it was SO supported, why did he keep silent on it?

40% of the nation now self classifies themselves as CONSERVATIVE. Only 21% liberal.

Democrats are in horrendous trouble. A "jobless" recovery isn't a recovery to the average person without a job.

"It's the economy, stupid." And all the democrats have done is spend us into oblivion, for no reason.

A MAJORITY of the nation NOW says that they no longer trust Obama to make sound decisions for the nation. Yes boys and girls, a MAJORITY now says they no longer trust Obama, according to ABC/WaPo polling.

THAT'S an ugly number for the democrats.

The nation is angry, and they should be.

This should say something about the MSM.
Google,Republians who cheat on their wives, then google Democrats that cheat on their wives.
When you google Reps. you get tens of thousands of web sites, all of witch stay on topic, fair enough.
Google Dems. and the first 6 of 10 are about Reps.
Througout the next several thousand sites the ratio never changes.
TV,printed media and the internet are so frickin liberally biased,it's sick!

Quote from freshman Rep. John Adler,(D-N.J):
"The bill that's coming through the House, with or without the public option, isn't good for America," Adler said matter-of-factly.

"We have Congressional Budget Office projections of a trillion-dollar increase in costs that will have to be borne by taxpayers or insurance purchasers; meaning businesses and households. Either way, that's a cost we can't afford."
Even DEMOCRATS are admitting this plan is a disaster.

Welcome to reality Adler. Welcome to the sunshine.

here is a nice grade school rhetorical tool: anyone who is good and has common sense knows that i am right! another view besides "all republican and capitalists are evil" is that this great welfare state that has been built has created a class of victims who are looking to the government to take care of them cradle to grave.

Id rather have a politician thats sexually gratified
than have a frustrated prick, whos spending money
like water, and saving whales and clams.Take Nancy
Petunia for instance, shes so up tight, that no
one would touch her anyway. What a person does in
His or Her bedroom is a private matter,as long as
it doesnt interfere with their job.The last time
I went job hunting,the interview,didnt include
sexual preference, and I wasnt questioned about
who I was doing at the time.About religion,
we have that freedom in the US,dont you like it?
I think people have the right to be whoever they
are within reason, abortion is o.k. for some and
not for others.Republican, demorat ,sorry
