Buddy if push comes to shove they won't need to bring back the draft, this is the land of the free because of the brave!! Our government may not be the best (probably one of the worst) but freedom is the fire that keeps us afloat. And yes we do also have Chuck Norris..... So crisis averted.

Rachel,
Try and relax sweetie all will fine.
North Korea doesn't have the ability to hit our mainland. The North Korean leader may launch a missile or two (probably all they have) but as a show of power and probably not at anyone. South Korea could be their target or maybe Japan. But we have missile defense in place to shoot them down.
Above all else YOU and your daughter and Grandbabies WILL be safe. Really.:)

WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE! EVERYONES GOING TO DIE! ANY NUCLEAR EXCHANGE WILL RESULT IN THE DEATH OF HUMANITY! REPENT NOW WHILE YOU HAVE THE CHANCE, WE ARE ON THE BRINK OF DESTRUCTION!!!! REPENT ALL YE SINNERS BOW DOWN TO GOD AND FALL INTO HIS FORGIVING ARMS. IF YOU DONT BELIEVE, THEN THERE IS NOTHING FOR YOU. WHAT IS THE POINT IN LIVING IF YOU KNOW INEVITABLY YOU'RE GOING TO DIE AND NOTHING AWAITS YOU! DON'T DIE, COME AWAY FROM THE ABYSS. REPENT YE SINNERS, REPENT!

On a serious note, all this sht is about to kick off - I wouldn't give it more than a month. NK are crazy enough to attack which will provoke retaliation from SK and America. NK have the 4th best military in the world, with millions of soldiers brainwashed into Kims way of thinking.

REPENT YE SINNERS, REPENT!

This guy is a quack he is on every forum accusing people of being someone else. He is based in Russia and tows a FSB line. Beware the nut job, his anarchist ways are ment to break decent conversation and break the discussion into turmoil. Note how his home address changes constantly. We have ourselves a paid propagandist.

North Korea, nothing is going to happen. No 17 year old kid posted that comment. Just a believer in North Korea logic. If NK did strike it would be the beginning and end to their culture, a complete suicide, a genocide.

Do we as a country just enjoy putting our fingers in other people's a$$e$? Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, and North Korea. I see my children getting up every morning before the sun gets up to go to work and they sometimes get home after dark. Worked to exhaustion!!! Our hard earned tax dollars are thrown in the direction of our govt's military muscle flexing programs. When will we learn that you can't force your politics and religion on others? Our democracy is not working because we maintain it the same way a dictator maintains his status quo. With lies and with deceptions?

Guys, don't be retarded.

North Korea don't have the technology to launch a pinpoint Nuclear attack on the United States mainland, while it's true they have Nukes(As said on TV). They have no means to hit the places they want too.

If you understand the way technology works, you cant just launch a rocket and expect it to hit the target without help, especially a long range one.

america underestimated the taliban look what happened, 911 no more trade centre. those people wear rags and live in caves. if they underestimate north korea, a known nuclear power who knows what can happen. remember these people could give this sort of weaponary to people like the taliban and they could use it in america without needing even such as a missile to fire it. they could detonate it on the ground. u mention bali. this will be much the same but on a grander scale. i would bet my life on this happening in my life time im 55. im a nuclear scientist and i have a very good unferstanding as to how advanced these countries are, ive been there. dont be fooled by american propaganda about them being backwards they are only trying to calm the people.

I read that six Americans were recently killed in Afghanistan. They mentioned one young diplomat, 25 years old, who was among the deceased. My condolences. They reported that she was on her way to hand out books to Afghan children. I have heard stories from US soldiers that these books are not ordinary Disney books for kids but propaganda tools. Books that get children to believe how sweet and generous all Americans are....Why are we even there? A book mission? A poppy mission? Stabilize the region? Stabilize it like we did Iraq? Libya? Egypt? We, in America, need jobs, immigration reform, healthcare reform, re-training, improved practices with our food production (why does my bread have more chemicals in it than natural ingredients - azodicarbonamide - what the frick is this????), and more affordable colleges and universities. We should not be spending our money to convert the ideologies of the Taliban!!!!!
