3,100 arrested in 6-day immigration sweep

Federal agencies combined last week to arrest more than 3,100 illegal immigrants in a six-day sweep dubbed "Cross Check." The operation, led by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agents, rounded up 2,834 convicted criminals that spanned all 50 states, ICE said.

In 2003 he got in trouble (like a lot of young US citizens) did 18 months probation without a problem and now ICE wants to detain him. He is not a criminal, nor is he a threat in any way, he is a great husband and father that has been torn away from his family! People who commit a non threatening crime should not be sentenced to death 9 years later
