Kittappa files petitions to run in the 16th

A second Chester County congressional district will see a primary fight, as a Lancaster scientist has filed petitions to battle former State Rep. Tom Houghton for the Democratic nomination in the 16th Congressional District.

I think anyone and every one should have the chance to run for public positions not just the chosen few who can afford to petition.
It's somewhat racist in a way ensuring that the honest pea body never has a chance nope they give it to the corrupt scoundrels who are stuck up to there eyeballs in debt with college loans that need paid back.
I have no faith in our so called system and you shouldn't either......
Screw the REpublicans and the Dems. why be a part of and or support something so disgusting???
Be independant from that shamory perhaps start a new party all together and play by a different set of rules but most people are to much pussy's they liked bieng lied to robbed and raped.
Maybe one day they will get sick of it.
