26,500 is about a 1/4 of a precent of the 8.4 million in contracts brought to the toledo area. Would you take a forth of a penny to make a 100 illeagly, i doubt it.Sounds to my like a pretty good deal for the taxpayers that Kapture representes

You got that right. With possible exception of a handful of mostly honest ones like Ron Paul, Dennis Kucinich, Bernie Sanders, Roscoe Bartlett. I was including Marcy Kaptur in that group. I can't help but think that she is being singled out for her outspokenness on the bailout, doing things like going on Bill Moyers program and telling homeowners to stay in thier homes and defy the banks on the house floor. I'm sure a LOT of less ethical politicians are still getting free passes from the ehtics investigators.

Looks like Kaptur is at least on the job, unlike a number of years ago when she fell off the face of the earth and no one knew where she was. Toledo needs all of the help it can get right now. It's unemployment rate is one of the highest in the state. Some of this appears as if it could be designed to bring some manufacturing and industry back into that corner of the state.

I used to live in Kaptur's district for more than 10 years, and I was proud to call her my rep. Isn't securing jobs for one's district SUPPOSED to be why she got elected? If she didn't try to get funding for jobs she would just be like Pat Tiberi - who doesn't care about getting jobs in Delaware Co., because then he would have to WORK for his paycheck. He knows the stupid Rs in Delaware will just keep sending him to DC, no matter how little he does.

Marcy Kaptur has done nothing for her district. Toledo and NW Ohio just keeps on getting worse and worse. Who has been in charge of Toledo for all these years. It would be the Democrat Party. Toledo was once a proud city and was well respected around the world. Now Toledo is a joke, another mistake by the lake.

I live in Marcy Kaptur's district and she is nothing but a yes man for Nancy Pelosi and the DNC.

Her vote is also up for sale to the highest bidder.

Don't forget she is also the person that compared Osama Bin Laden to our Founding Fathers.

What joke. While hundreds of billions are being robbed from the American taxpayers, by bailouts for Wall Street, Federal Reserve policies and various other schemes of the powerful in Washington, Kaptur. Grayson and a few others are being targeted for being effective voices against the Coup. But even those voices are too much. How about ethics investigations of Timothy Geithner and the deal he cut for the Credit Default Swap Billions that went to Goldman Sachs and other powerful Banks? At 100% payouts despite the fact that 40-60% payouts were normal practice. Or 2.3 Billion dollars "loaned" to CIT that was just flushed down the toilet . Geithner set terms that had taxpayers as the least secured debt holders. Who did get the bond payouts on CIT? Geithner is just at the top of the list (and includes Paulson). A very long list.
