Are members of Congress ducking town halls?

That's the conclusion of No Labels , the bipartisan, centrist advocacy group, which called all 430 current House members to find out about their town hall meetings.
Why would anyone in their right mind want to deal with teabagging thugs who are there only to disrupt and cause trouble?
