It also still has the loophole to allow taxpayer funded abortions. If it passes, Obama can say he fulfilled his campaign promises to Planned Parenthood at least.

AMA supports the Healthcare plan in addition to AARP so who cares about this greedy group in ohio. For all of you who agree with the doctors (Bob), the AMA is the only association that all docs subsccribe to and they support Pres Obama genius. Please Bob list eactly what Obama has lied about because your zombie like rhetoric needs to have supporting evidence to make you look like you have somewhat of a brain. However if you were like many of my former republican comrades that beleived Palin was good for the party then maybe you have killed too many brain cells to be able to function on an intellectual level. I am not a ditto head nor do I put any stock in an often obese and uneducated (barely passed high school and flunked out of college) loud mouth Limbaugh. He has destroyed the republican party.

Dear Former Republican,
I find it interesting that the national organizations of the doctors and senior citizens are supporting a bill that will raise the cost of all health care for everyone. I called AARP and asked them why they were supporting a bill that is detrimental to the people they represent. I told them 60,000 have dropped their AARP membership and the reply was, Yes, we were sorry to lose those people but we have 4,000,000 members. I assured them that at that moment they really had 3, 999,999. The answer to my question is the National groups are getting money, money, money to sell out the people they are supposed to represent. Similar to having been sold out by the Republicans and Democrats to feather their own nest and their parties. I am very angry that my representative voted for the House and will vote for the Senate bill. The Senate bill continues to have the "pay for prayer" clause in it. This is soooo unconstitutional to pay for the prayers of a sect, that is favoring a religion. This quote, "religion" does not believe in medical care but has spent quite a bit of cash to be part of the medical care system by suing insurance companies to pay for their healing prayers, by getting money from the medicare and medicaid system. This means that all Baptists, Methodists, Presbyterians, Nazarenes, Lutherans, Catholics, Agnostics, Atheists, and every other denomination are paying for a religion that is not their own. If they are going to charge for healing prayers then all religions should get reimbursed for their healing prayers also. See Las Vegas Review Journal, November 9, 2009. Fortunately for me my God doesn't charge for healing prayers or any other kind. AMEN

Nah, these are actually the same doctors who enlisted Glenn Sheller to shill for them as part of an Ohio campaign to limit how much horribly injured or deceased victims of proven negligence could recover from doctor's insurers. Glenn and the doctors told us costs would come down. They lied.

Only 17% of doctors are members of the AMA. The AMA is set to make millions off the healthcare bill as it the government has giving them complete control over the billing codes which they get paid royalities off of each code each time they are used. I'll stick with the 87% of doctors that don't want anything to do with the AMA.

AARP is set to make a massive fortune selling suppliment insurance to seniors because this bill eliminates Medicare Advantage so seniors will have to purchase a suppliment again just like years ago.

Big Phrama supports the bill also because they made a deal with this administration. They agreed to support it and give the government 80 billion bucks in return this administration will not go after them to cut prices and not to cut into their profits. Kind of like extortion.

Don't be fooled by the support. It's all about money. It has nothing to do with insuring uninsured citizens.

If its your job to stay informed, judging by your post, your employer is getting robbed.

Doctors are against the health care bill. It would lead to rationing of health care.

There will also be a 5.4% tax increase for every single working citizen in the U.S.

Those who support the health care bill are the ones who collect unemployment, and, illegals of course.

Dear Ohio Lawyer,

My employer thinks I do just fine, actually I am my employer. I'm sorry you're sad and angry about other people's opinions. I hope you have a good day. Things are going to get worse for some people in this country. Probably not Lawyers though.

The AMA is now only a small representation of all the doctors. The majority of docs have withdrawn their membership from the AMA and their are more doctors and health professionals against this bill than for it. Have you read the draft of the bill?? Lies, yes 8 times Obama said everything would be on CSPAN, it wasn't. The whole bill is a lie. I have read it. Euthanasia, population control, rationing of health care, and more money than what they said, a lot more money. Be prepared to be the poor one that can't afford medical care because you are paying for many of those that are healthier than you are but choose not to work and live on the system. Wake up, this bill is Marxism at its finest.
