Kansas Senators propose law to protect citizens
U.S. Senators Pat Roberts and Jerry Moran on November 30, 2011, introduced legislation to protect Kansans from the threat of explosions by allowing states to monitor underground natural gas storage in the absence of federal action.

Why not introduce a bill with such biased, blind, political bases such as this:
"Brownback and Roberts block Obama nominees"
and while your at it, why not one that prevents our supposed Representatives and Senators from signing pledges that restrict their ability to vote for their constitutens instead of kissing the ..... of vGrover Norquist. When you signed those...friends...you signed off on any support from me.
