what's really needed is better state accounting of monies taken in.

Consider the state receives federal highway funds, gas tax revenue which is 38 cents a gallon in NH.

Part of car registration and license fees goes to highways in NH.

Part of tire disposal fees go to highway construction.

Tolls ! state collects millions of dollars in toll revenue to cover 60 miles of NH toll roads. Not all the toll money collected is wasted on toll roads.

so what exactly does NH do with all this money??
what is it wasted on?

certainly not on roads...

Come on Gov tell us what you do with all this money????/
