With over 600 deaths attributed to Tasers.

If it were any other consumer product labelled as "Non Lethal" the Taser would be pulled off the market.

The Taser is a crutch for cowardly, lazy cops who can't control a situation.

Sounds like the guy will soon be rich. All you need to do is be a jerk, break the law and refuse to comply and bam, you get a politician to help you make some fast cash. Why this congressman didn't just invite them to her house for a beer is beyond me.

Oh, my God! Dog off the leash...gotta use weapons!

As for being a jerk...tell the guy to keep the leash on, say "Have a nice day" and stop thinking that a uniform makes you someone of unbound authority.

Three truths of all cops:
They are all liars.
They are all assholes.
They all feel the need to be more important than those around them.

I take it you been the 'tazee' on more than one occasion. But you make a good point, it would have been easier to just shoot the dog.
